RebarConstraintGetTargetRebarBendNumber Method

Gets the number of the bend on the other Rebar Element to which this RebarConstraint is attached. The RebarConstraint must be of RebarConstraintType 'ToOtherRebar,' and the TargetRebarConstraintType must be 'BarBend'. Rebar must be Shape Driven Rebar element.
