RebarShapeTerminationsDataHasCrankAtEnd Property

Identifies if the rebar shape has crank at end. Setting this property to true, will set the HookAngleAtEnd to 0 and EndTreatmentTypeIdAtEnd to ElementId.InvalidElementId.
